TrenchGuard Pavement Trench Cover

The TrenchGuard Pavement Trench Cover is a safe, strong, and durable interlocking system commonly used to cover up holes left by utility companies' trenches or boreholes or construction worker's excavation work. Manufactured from ultra-strong plastic with a built-in steel-reinforced honeycomb structure to create a lightweight yet extremely strong cover ideal for high-volume pedestrian traffic. The TrenchGuard Trench Cover is also designed for areas that will have a car and other vehicle traffic and can support loads of 500kgs per wheel over a 600mm wide trench.

TrenchGuards ground protection mats being manufactured from plastic create a lightweight portable trench cover that is easy to transport and place into position as they Weigh only 18Kgs. Two people can position over the trench or borehole without the need for specialist Lifting Gear unlike using thick and heavy steel plates that are heavy and slippery on top.

TrenchGuards features a side flange joint to quickly and securely connect panels together, the interlocking flange Joints eliminate panel movement when being walked on or driven over. Another design feature is the trench cover systems are made from DHPE plastic and a highly visible yellow finish and each panel is supplied with two reflective strips. the Trench Guard is safe to use in low-light conditions.

TrenchGuard Cover Panels are manufactured with interlocking flanges that firmly connect together to prevent any movement and eliminate the possibility of a car wheel slipping down a trench between two covers. The system is easy to handle and simply clips together, and can be fixed to the pavement using anchor screws for extra stability.
