KerbGuard 400mm Black

KerbGuard 400mm Black is a reusable kerb protector, manufactured from heavy-duty 100% recycled PVC, offering absorb impact and will shield your newly laid kerbs from damage by telehandlers, diggers, dumpers or delivery lorries. Why use a KerbGuard - Kerb stone damage is a major problem for housebuilding projects and on major construction site roadways. The housebuilder and construction site contractors may allow for replacing 50-100% of the kerbs on site before the plan is completed. All sizes have an anti-slip tread pattern on the top side.

KG400 KerbGuard being shorter has been designed for use protecting corner and curved kerbs. and best suited to lay with alternate colours - ie - 1 x KG400BLK then 1 x KG400 YEL, etc, etc

KG900 KerbGuard being longer has been designed to protect straight kerb runs. and best suited to lay with alternate colours - ie - 1 x KG900BLK then 1 x KG900 YEL, etc, etc

KerbGuard Spacers - Sold in packs of 50 Spacers

If the pavement has been top coated, the KerbGuard Spacers will be useful to assist with installation. Available in bulk buy of 50 spacers, they will work with both sizes of KerbGuards KG400 and KG900 (400mm and 900mm) available from ULS lifting and are reusable and recyclable at the end of their useful life.

How to Install KerbGuards.

1 - Where the pavement is not top coated, KerbGuards hook onto the kerb and can be haunched in place with temporary tarmac.

2 - Where the pavement has been top coated, spacers should be inserted before haunching with temporary tarmac.

3 - If preferred, KerbGuards may be secured with fitting kits and anchor bolts.
