Probst TELEPLAN TP Hand Screeding System

The Probst Teleplan TP Hand Screeding System is the latest addition to the ever-popular Probst range of screeding tools and equipment. These screeding bars come standard with height-adjustable brackets on both the left and right ends, making them perfect for working off kerbstones or similar surfaces. This feature allows for a consistent height along the full length of the screeded area. Additionally, the system is fitted with a built-in level indicator (bubble level), ensuring that the screed bar remains perfectly flat during use.

The Probst Teleplan system is available in four adjustable sizes: 600mm to 1000mm, 1000mm to 1650mm, 1500mm to 2600mm, and 2000mm to 3500mm.

Options for the Probst Teleplan system include pulling handles, adjustable rollers, and multi-positional handle clamps—see below for specifications.

NOTE: The system is supplied without handles to create a traditional screeding board. A pair of handles can be purchased separately as an accessory. The advantage of acquiring the optional handles (HG-ERGO-DUO - Part Number 41010072) is that they allow both operators to stand upright in a more relaxed and ergonomic position, eliminating the need to kneel in wet sand while dragging the board.

The Probst TELE PLAN TP Series of screeding bars can be used as traditional screeding boards, or you can add pulling handles (not included) to create a stand-up, two-person screeding system that eliminates the need to kneel in damp sand. This versatile system can be used with both screeding rails and off kerbs.

Designed with an aluminium, sickle-shaped screeding head, the TP Screeding system cuts down into the bedding material when in use, rather than moving upwards—similar to using a flat-bottomed screed board or wooden plank. As a result, the top layer that has been "scraped off" will be left with a smooth, profiled surface, ready for laying block paving or slabs.

Additionally, the curved profile of the Probst TP Handscreeding System allows it to glide easily into the screed, eliminating the need to force the head down while pulling. This makes it ideal for small to medium-sized bedding areas where compacted sand is used.

Available in four widths that are all adjustable - Probst TP60/100, TP100/165, TP150/260, TP200/350.

TP60/100 (Part Number 51010006) Adjustable from 600m to 1000mm. Ideal as a one-man screeding board.

The Aluminium sickle-shaped profile itself offers a non-flexing screed levelling tool complete with an integrated level indicator, due to its strong design and even at the max width of 3.5m you will see no flex. The Teleplan Handscreeding systems can be connected together to create the desired width, thus one and the same tool can be used for various working widths.

Handles to Suit Teleplan and Fixplan

(Replaces the older version HG-TP: Probst Part Number 51010005 - Set of 2 Pulling Handles)

These optional handles can be fitted to each end of the screeding profile. The screeding system can now be used while standing, allowing for a more relaxed and ergonomically correct body position. This design prevents operators from kneeling in damp sand. The new design of the HG-ERGO-DUO has been enhanced to offer greater ergonomic benefits. A set of two handles is supplied to enable fatigue-free working in a standing position, and they can be attached to the side parts at any time via a plug-in fastener.

The Bracket for handles can be easily fixed in any position along the profile, even at overlapping sections, to secure the two HG ERGO DUO handles in place. This feature also enables just one person to screed larger working widths in an upright position quickly and effortlessly.

Probst AZL Screeding Rail Kits

This lightweight set of screeding side rails is designed to be used in conjunction with the Probst EP-UNI Hand Block Paving Screeding System. The screeding blade system slides effortlessly along the rails, aiding in the setting of a consistent and accurate level and width for all screeding materials, resulting in a perfectly level finish for concrete blocks or slabs. These screeding poles are simple to use, featuring a plug-in connection for fast and easy assembly. The kit consists of various lengths of non-corroding, galvanised screeding rails.
