The Yalelift 360 opens up a new world of safety for the operator. The range of applications as well as the operating conditions has been changed by a revolutionary hand chain design.

The key to this innovation is our revolutionary 360° rotating hand chain guide, which allows the operation of the hand chain from virtually any position, even in extremely confined areas. The Yalelift 360 can be operated at the side of the load or from any other position including horizontal pulling. The plane between the top and bottom hook must always be in a straight line and duration of the W.L.L. will apply.

More flexibility gives greater safety - operators can now work outside of the immediate danger zone reducing the risk of operator injury.

The Yalelift 360° can be operated safely and efficiently from all positions, even from the side of the load. This means more safety and greater flexibility in the working position.

Work from above:

The flexibility of the Yalelift 360 allows the operator to work from directly above the load. The advantage of this application is you can have a long lift whilst using a relatively short hand chain. The revolutionary chain guide ensures a precise and smooth chain operation at all times.

COMPACT CONSTRUCTION

The extremely low headroom allows maximum use of the lifting height.

EASY TO USE

The revolutionary 360° rotating hand chain guide allows the operator to work from virtually any position, even in confined spaces or from above the load. The Yalelift can even be operated from the side of the load, which also makes it possible to use the hoist for horizontal pulling or tensioning. Due to the additional flexibility, the operator is no longer forced to work in the danger zone near the load.

Rotating Top / Bottom Hooks - EASY TO MAINTAIN

Drop forged load and suspension hooks that yield under overload instead of breaking, are made of high-tensile steel. The hooks are fitted with heavy-duty/ robust safety latches and both the top and bottom hooks rotate 360°.

OVERLOAD PROTECTION DEVICE

The overload protection device serves to protect all components on and in the device against inadmissible overload. It usually reacts when the permissible load capacity is exceeded by 25 %.

CORROSION RESISTANT VERSION

The MKS coating is a coating of zinc and aluminum flakes that primarily protect the device against corrosion.

Even extremely thin layers - typically a system of base and top coat consisting of 8 - 12 μm - high protective effects against base metal corrosion (red rust) can be achieved.

Hoist supplied fully tested in good working order. Supplied with operating instructions and relevant conformity certificate.

According to national and international accident prevention and safety regulations hoisting equipment must be inspected:

in accordance with the risk assessment of the operating company
prior to initial operation
before the unit is put into service again following a shut down
after substantial changes
however, at least once per year, by a competent person.
