The Star range of electric chain hoists from German manufacturer LIFTKET is a quality-built, robust hoist. Currently, it is our best-selling hoist in the 400V three-phase supply category, thanks to its superior build quality and performance ratings. These hoists are suitable for lifting most industrial loads, ranging from 125 kg to 5,000 kg. The entire range of LIFTKET electric hoists is supplied with dual-speed options to provide customers with a more controlled lifting and lowering experience. An added advantage of LIFTKET hoists is that all units come equipped with limit switches for both lifting and lowering—most other manufacturers offer limit switches as optional extras.

LIFTKET offers a vast range of hoists, from 125 kg to 25 tonnes capacity. To simplify the selection process for our customers, Ultimate Lifting Solutions Ltd provides the LIFTKET Star Speedline range of electric chain hoists, which includes the most common sizes that can be built and dispatched within a few days. All hoists in this range are supplied with dual-speed lifting and lowering capabilities and include limit switches as standard.

These 400volt hoists come with a standard top-eye suspension (lug) for easy attachment to any suitable trolley or clamp. Additionally, LIFTKET hoists can be supplied with a top hook suspension, push travel trolley and dual-speed trolley. All electric chain hoists are provided with a standard lift height of 3 meters, with other lengths available upon request. The hoists are supplied with a low-voltage control 24VAC pendant, complete with an emergency stop function, located 1 meter below the lifting height. Chain containers can be supplied with or without the hoists.

Additional Lift Height Available

The standard lift height is 3 meters, with additional heights sold in complete meters only.

Standard hoists at 3 meters come with a 1.5-meter pendant cable. As the lifting height increases, the length of the pendant cable will be adjusted accordingly.

Versatile Mounting Options

The Liftket Star Electric Chain Hoist can be supplied with various suspension options. It starts with a simple lifting eye for mounting onto a fixed beam clamp or a moving trolley, creating an integral and fixed mounting. A top suspension can also be supplied, allowing for a non-permanent fix, which means the hoist can be quickly and easily removed from its mounting point if needed. If the hoist is required to move along a beam or crane, the Liftket chain hoist can be equipped with either a non-motorized push-along trolley or a two-speed electric trolley. Product Details

The Liftket Electric Hoist is supplied fully tested and in good working order. It includes operating instructions and a relevant conformity certificate, along with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note: According to prevailing national and international occupational safety and health regulations, hoisting equipment must be inspected at least annually by a competent person. Adverse working conditions may require shorter inspection periods.
