IMER Builders Gantry Hoist System 500Kg Capacity

The IMER Builders Gantry Hoist System has a 500kg capacity and includes a heavy-duty site hoist, making it a complete kit for lifting or lowering building materials quickly and safely on-site. This kit includes both the hoist and gantry system. The IMER G500 is Ultimate Lifting Solutions' most comprehensive scaffold/on-site hoist system, provided as a complete lifting solution with a 500kg industrial scaffold hoist and a compatible gantry system. The IMER Gantry Hoist System can lift materials up to a height of 42m from the ground. It is designed and manufactured to operate within the scaffolding perimeter around a building, on rooftops, in large, flat rooms, and on new build and high-rise construction sites. It is ideal for areas where higher lifting capacities are required or where constructing scaffold towers is impractical.

The Builders Gantry Hoist System includes a front and rear goalpost-style support system connected by a 3.3m running beam. The heavy-duty 500kg hoist attaches to the travelling trolley, which moves inside the shaft. The running beam extends one meter beyond the edge of the building, and two ballast boxes are provided to stabilize the framework (ballast not included).

The IMER G500 hoist is fitted with a galvanized wire rope and has a lifting capacity up to 42m. With a fast lifting speed of 17m/min, the hoist includes a top limit lever and micro switch to protect the wire rope when reaching the maximum height. The pendant control has "Up," "Down," and Emergency Stop functions. The travelling trolley, fitted with four high-quality aluminium wheels, includes a brake and lock-off lever to secure the hoist at any position along the 3.3m beam.

To comply with lifting regulations, the IMER G500 N Builders Gantry Kit includes a front kickboard and lockable back ballast boxes. Each box requires a ballast weight of 250 kg (not supplied). For assistance in sourcing ballast weights, call our office at 01384 986 026.
