The DM200APV Fast Scaffold Hoist is a wire rope outdoor site hoist, a European-manufactured hoist, rated for industrial use and sold to professionals that require a complex working hoist with a fast speed.

How to set up a scaffold hoist? They fit directly onto standard 48mm scaffold tubes via the "simple to connect" scaffold clamps (two clamps supplied free of charge). Once in place, these builder's hoists will offer the operator a fast lifting aid to help lift building materials the outside of scaffolding to a height of 40m, or it can be used to lower any building waste material such as roof slates, bricks or rubble that is needed to be removed. The significant advantage of a scaffold hoist is that no materials are required to be taken through the house, just like builders' waste; it can be lowered outside with no dirt or bulky items through the inside, leaving you a happy customer.

Another significant advantage of the DM200APV other than its fast lifting speed, they are supplied with a telescopic swivel top mounting bracket. The swivel mechanism is to allow the safe loading or unloading of materials onto the scaffold boards, with no overreaching outside the scaffold barriers; the arm is also telescopic, meaning the component can be adjusted to suit the items to be lifted to accommodate more oversized items to be stolen or to suit the architecture of the building, extend the arm out to miss things such as bay windows, guttering, even gargoyles on churches.
