This high-quality, UK-manufactured Wall-Mounted Jib Crane comes with a 400-volt Electric Chain Hoist. Also known as Face Fixed Jib Cranes, these Over-Braced Wall-Mounted Jib Cranes are designed for efficiency. The package includes a 400-volt Electric Hoist (other voltages available upon request) that fits seamlessly onto the integral trolley on the jib arm, eliminating the need for you to select a separate hoist.

These Wall-Mounted Jib Cranes are ideal if you need a jib crane that can be securely bolted or welded to an existing wall within your building. The system is supplied as a simple two-part kit: the main slewing arm, along which the hoist moves, and a pair of brackets for welding or bolting to the wall. The two parts are easily connected using the supplied pivot pin. The arm is fully rotatable, providing a wide working area, and can be manufactured in lengths ranging from 2m to 6m. The trolley is pre-fitted, simplifying the connection to your electric hoist.

How Do 250Kg SWL Wall Mounted Jib Cranes with Electric Chain Hoist Work?

The standard swing jib consists of two main parts: the arm and mounting brackets. The arm rotates left to right, with the swing or slew angle set to 180° as standard for wall-mounted cranes. All our swing jibs, up to 1,000Kg, can slew with ease without powered assistance, keeping costs down. The arm is equipped with an integral push travel trolley that moves along its full length, allowing flexibility to reach corners of your factory with ease.

What Else is Required for 250Kg SWL Wall Mounted Jib Cranes with Electric Chain Hoist?

Once your swing jib is installed, you’ll need a hoist, vacuum lifter, or spring/tool balancer. These can be easily attached to the trolley, which comes pre-installed in the jib crane arm. You can choose from various hoist options based on your needs. The most cost-effective option is a manual hoist, but while it saves money, it slows down production and may require additional manual effort. For larger items, you might not be able to reach the hoist chain. A better option is an electric hoist, which allows you to lift and lower components quickly, reducing production time and quickly paying for itself in time saved.
