These lightweight Jib cranes come complete with a quality manual hoist, that will simply hook onto the Jib Crane Manual Trolley already fitted to the swinging Jib Arm. Our Over Braced swing jibs are supplied in two parts, the jib arm which the hoist will move along, and the upright pillar that the swing arm fits to. Both the Swing Jib arm and upright pillar can be manufactured to any length between 2m and 6m and the arm itself is designed to slew through 270° giving a wide working area. The arm has a manual push/pull trolley already fitted, making it even more simple for connecting to your desired hoist, spring balancer, or vacuum lifter. The arm on our Jib cranes is supplied with a trolley, which moves up and down the full length of the arm, this trolley gives you the reach and flexibility to reach into corners of your factory with ease.

You now have your Swing Jib fitted. You now need a hoist, these fit easily to the trolley that was supplied free of charge with the freestanding jib crane.  You just need to decide what hoist you need. To keep the costs down a manual hoist is the cheapest option, but you will not save on production time, as they are slow and do need assistance by hand, and sometimes for larger items, you might not be able to reach them. The second option and best option is an Electric Hoist, these hoists enable you to easily lift and lower your components quickly, cutting down on production time, and it will soon pay for itself in time saved.

Easy to install

The 125Kgs SWL Free Standing Jib Crane c/w Manual Chain Hoist simply just bolts to the floor via the jib crane base plate and resin anchor bolts. Once you have checked your floor is suitable for a jib crane and bought it, we arrange to manufacture the jib, and then when it is supplied to the site, the floor just needs to be drilled and the floor mounting plate secured -  We at Ultimate Lifting Solutions offer this service and can offer full installation by using our own highly trained engineers or just the commissioning/ load testing, we can offer a package to meet your requirements.

Because of the simple design, they are inexpensive to both buy and maintain compared to other cranes. Under normal working conditions, they will only need an industry standard 12 monthly services. Installation.
