Stars Of The IMER Product Range
Imer Scaffold Hoists - The Imer range of scaffold hoists is the go-to choice for professionals and builders. Known for their industrial build quality and high reliability, these green builders' wire rope hoists are the perfect solution on any size building site to raise and lower loads quickly and safely. They are also highly favoured by the hire trade.
The Imer scaffold hoist range includes three models: the ES150 Scaffold Hoist, the ET200 Scaffold Hoist, and the TR225 Scaffold Hoist. The ES150 has a capacity of 150 kg, with a lifting speed of 18.5m/min and a lifting height of 30m. The ET200 has a capacity of 200 kg, lifting up to 30m at a speed of 19m/min. The TR225, equipped with an extendable top bracket, also has a lifting speed of 19m/min and can lift or lower loads up to 30m high.
Ultimate Lifting Solutions stocks the full range of IMER scaffold hoists and supplies spare and replacement parts for all models. The most commonly replaced part on an Imer scaffold hoist is the winch rope, which ULS Lifting can supply with delivery in just 1 to 2 days. A large range of scaffold hoist accessories is also available from IMER, and Ultimate Lifting Solutions offers these with fast, express shipping. Common accessories used with scaffold hoists include tipping buckets, brick baskets, builders' bucket carriers, and liftable wheelbarrows with hoisting points.
Imer Builders Gantry Hoists - While the standard Imer scaffold hoists (ES150, ET200, TR225) are the most commonly bought machines, there are times when more lifting capacity is needed on-site. This is where the 300 kg Imer Gantry Hoist and the 500 kg Imer Gantry Hoist become ideal lifting solutions. Unlike the Imer scaffold hoist, which fits directly onto scaffolding, the ET300N (300 kg) and G500 (500 kg) Gantry Hoists are designed to be erected on a flat roof or within a floor and do not require attachment to anything else.
These lifting gantries come complete with everything needed, including a running beam for the hoist to move along. The scaffold gantry can be positioned on the edge of a building and has a 1m overhang, more than enough to lift heavy, large, and bulky items. The ET300N Gantry system can lift or lower loads from a height of 30m at a fast 19m/min speed. The G500 Gantry System has a longer cable, allowing it to lift up to 42m at a speed of 17m/min. Both gantry systems come with ballast bins, two sturdy goalposts, and a front safety board. These hoists are ideal for both large contractors working on complex new builds and smaller builders completing renovation projects who need to move materials safely and efficiently.
Imer Resin Mixers - In the past, mixing resin on-site was a challenge, but it no longer needs to be a hassle with a quality resin mixer. Imer offers an extensive range of resin mixers that blend resin or gravel materials evenly, creating a consistent mixture. The IMER Mix 120 Plus is a perfect portable mixer for resin, concrete, and screed, fitted with a vertical shaft and designed for heavy-duty construction applications. Next is the IMER Mix 360, which can produce 9 cu. ft of mix every 3 to 4 minutes, making it ideal for busy, demanding building sites. If a larger drum size is required, the IMER Mix 750 is designed for continuous use without halting your project. These mixers are great for handling dry pack, grout, thin sets, stuccos, self-leveling materials, and mortar.
Imer Concrete Mixers - Imer offers a quality range of concrete and cement mixers to suit a variety of building site sizes, catering to contractors, small builders, and even block pavers and landscapers. The Syntesi concrete mixer range is designed to solve problems encountered with older mixers, making it perfectly suited for any site mixing concrete and flooring screeds. Available in petrol, diesel, or electric models, the Syntesi range covers all needs. For smaller mixing jobs, the Rollbeta concrete mixer is a great option and can be supplied with or without a stand to facilitate both mixing and decanting.
Imer Electric Tile Saws - The Imer range of tile saws is built to a high standard, providing reliable and efficient cutting for most tiles. Anyone who purchases an IMER tile cutter will see an improvement in productivity without compromising operator safety. All Imer tile saws deliver clean and precise cuts, regardless of which model is chosen. The Imer Combi 250/600mm is a small, portable tile saw with a lot of power, capable of accurate, chip-free cutting of all types of materials. It's ideal for cutting stone materials, including bricks and ceramics. The Combi 250/1000mm is a light, accurate saw designed for cutting larger, more expensive stones and tiles easily. Lastly, the Combi 250/1500 is built for precision cutting of even larger tiles and stones, up to 1500mm long.
