Enerpac SWR5PGH Hydraulic Wedge Spreader and Hand Pump Set comes complete with all components required and ready to use as a wedge spreader for tight spaces. Supplied in an easy-to-carry sturdy toolbox. This complete and ready-to-use hydraulic set includes a single-acting cylinder, P-392 two-speed lightweight hand pump, gauge adaptor assembly, 1.8 metre hose, and couplers.

The WR5 Hydraulic Wedgie is suited to confined work areas with minimum clearance gaps of 12.8mm (0.5").

The Enerpac WR5 Hydraulic Wedge Spreader commonly known as a Wedgie Cylinder is perfect when you need a compact hydraulic wedge spreader for tight spaces. This single-acting tool uses powerful hydraulic force to expand up to 94mm and retracts with a spring return system. Please note that the maximum load capacity is 1 ton (8.9kN), and the maximum system pressure must be limited to half the rated pressure (5000 psi 350 bar).

A minimum insertion gap of 10 mm is needed which expands up to 51.5 mm. Retraction force is supplied by the single-acting spring return cylinder. The maximum operating pressure is (10000 psi 700 bar)
