This Heavy Duty model has been designed for the most demanding and arduous of environments within farm yards, on building sites or around carparks and factory yards.

Our top-of-the-range EASI-SWEEP broom sweeper is a great forklift attachment which simply fits directly onto any forklift and is held safely and securely in place by two "T" Screw fasteners, once fitted your forklift is now able to quickly sweep debris and rubbish up without the need to leave the forklift seat. Not only can this unit sweep rubbish up, but it can also be used to sweep leaves, dirt/sand, gravel and even snow. This versatile quality built sweeper can reduce your labour costs and increase productivity.

Easi-Sweep Forklift Sweeper - We offer two models in the heavy-duty range - the only difference is the size of the pockets - the ES HD BP has larger pockets to suit most fork-on-fork trucks and telehandlers etc.

MAINTENANCE of Sweepers

The  Sweepers should be inspected every time it is used but no later than weekly for the general condition with particular attention paid to: 
All weld points, Wear and distortion of fork pockets and swinging arms, Any damaged parts, and the thumb screws and pivots – Any problems found must be rectified immediately.

Check for general surface rusting especially in critical areas should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers and paint on a regular basis.
All pivots and thumbscrews must be kept lightly greased.

This product is certified for six (6) months from the date of manufacture after which it is the customer’s responsibility to have the product re-tested at an approved testing facility or inspected and logged in a register by a competent person as advised by The HSE.
