The Basil sweeper has been designed as a forklift attachment that simply fits directly onto any forklift forks and is held securely and safely by two screws, once the basil sweeper is fitted your forklift can quickly sweep debris and rubbish up without the need to leave the forklift seat, which in turn will speed up the cleaning up process.
We have two models of the Basil forklift sweeper to offer, heavy-duty sweepers with 8 rows of bristles and lighter-duty sweepers with 5 rows of bristles, classed as an Eco model due to the quantity of Bristles only and not a reflection of build quality - These quality UK manufactured cost-effective forklift sweeper attachment units, are fitted with 5 rows of replaceable bristles. which is the same as most of the competition online.
Great for forklift sweeping applications within farm yards, on building sites, or around carparks and factory yards.
This unit can sweep rubbish up and be used to sweep leaves, dirt/sand, gravel, and even light snow. This versatile, built forklift attachment sweeper can reduce labor costs and increase productivity compared to traditionally sweeping up using a handheld brush.

MAINTENANCE of the ‘The Basil’ Fork Mounted Sweeper
1. The Fork Mounted Brush should be inspected monthly for general condition with particular attention paid to:
– All weld points
– Wear and distortion of fork hoops and twist screws
– Any damaged/worn components
– General condition of bristles
2. Damage or failure must be reported and rectified immediately prior to re-use of the attachment.
3. General surface rusting especially in the critical areas should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers and paint
on a regular basis.
4. To ensure even bristle wear swap the front and rear bristles back to front and visa vera
