MAINTENANCE of Telescopic Crane Fork CF1056T 

The Telescopic Crane Forks should be inspected weekly for the general condition with attention paid to: All weld points, Wear & distortion of thumb screws, Any damaged components, Lock & latches, Pivot points

All bolts must be checked for tightness. The pivot bars must be kept clean and greased.

The spring should be oiled and never let dry out.

If the restraint net is fitted, check the restraint net for rips or damage and replace it if worn.

Damage or failure must be reported and rectified immediately prior to the re-use of self-balancing Crane Forks.

General surface rusting especially in critical areas should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers, and paint on a regular basis.

This product is certified for six (6) months from the date of manufacture after which it is the customer’s responsibility to have the product re-tested by an approved inspection/testing company such as Ultimate Lifting Solutions or inspected and logged in a register by a competent person.
